I put to use an old piece of junk I had lying around. I used to have a G4 Mac Cube… But it burned itself out. So I tried plugging in the keyboard that came with it and it’s working great.
The nice thing is that the keyboard has two USB ports built right into the keyboard. I need to test them to see if it is a builtin hub that only runs at USB 1.1 or a pass-through that will go up to USB 2… I’ll post results of that at a later time.
Overall I seem to be able to type quite a bit faster than on my PC keyboard… Perhaps the keys are just more responsive or they’re just layed out better, I dunno.
